You can expect a peaceful, restorative experience in a dimly lit space, with calming music playing softly in the background. You’ll be invited to settle in, close your eyes, and get comfortable as you relax and receive. Blankets, bolsters, and eye masks are available to help you feel completely at ease.

During the session, the practitioner will move around you, offering light touch or no touch depending on your comfort and preference. 

The session will conclude with some quiet transition time, reflection, and an opportunity to gently wrap up the experience before returning to your day.

For a distance session, you have the option to rest comfortably in your own space or continue with your day as you normally would. You’ll receive a text message approximately 30 minutes before your session, followed by another message about 5 minutes prior to the start.

After the Reiki session has been completed, you’ll receive a follow-up text. This is a time to share your experience, ask any questions, and connect before the session comes to a close.

We recommend wearing comfortable, layered clothing to help you ease into a state of rest and relaxation. Blankets and bolsters will be available at The Reiki Suite to support your comfort and help you settle in.

You may notice physical sensations such as warmth, tingling, muscle twitches, or even a gentle gurgling in your stomach.

You may see colors, experience heightened emotions, feel a sense of deep relaxation, or even fall asleep.

It’s possible you won’t notice anything at all. ALL is normal and OK.

After your session you may feel relaxed, fatigued, lightheaded or thirsty.

The Reiki Suite accepts credit cards as forms of payment.

A credit card is required to reserve your session.

Payment for in-person sessions is collected at the time of service.

Full payment is required at the time of booking for distance Reiki sessions.

We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Cancellations made within the 12-hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 charged to the credit card on file.
